Summary:

At Demesmin & Dover, we’re proud of the excellent service we provide for our valued clients. We’re looking for a highly skilled marketing director to help us promote our offerings and identify what consumers want so we can create more to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding. This person must be able to lead a team and interact with clients on a regular basis. The role also requires a deep understanding of what makes people tick as well as a drive to deliver solutions to make a difference.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and co-counsels to promote company services Schedule and conduct in-person visit with providers, clinics, and law firms Present product information, answer questions, and provide customer service as appropriate Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to marketing leadership Maintain accurate records of activities, territory information, and customer contacts in CRM software (Monday.com) Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment. Reliable form of transportation required.

This position is ON-SITE in our Fort Lauderdale office, with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Full-time, Monday through Friday Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Regular field work, including daily travel within assigned territory (Palm Beach County) Occasional early morning or evening events (e.g., speaker programs, networking events, happy hour/dinner meetings)
