Responsibilities:

Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with referral partners and community organizations. Source and establish new relationships with referral partners in the community. Prepare materials such as but not limited to Power Point Presentations, advertisements and other promotional supplies. Attend Community events, and Networking events, etc. to further increase the exposure of Allegiance Home Health. Attend all training programs as required by Director or Administrator. Maintain records and provide the Director with daily and weekly progress reports. Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients

Requirements:

Exceptional people skills; able to exude confidence in challenging situations. Experience in sales at least 2-3 years of experience. Healthcare experience is a strong preference but not mandatory. Self-driven, and self-disciplined with a determination to achieve results. Must possess a readiness to engage in and embrace our tailored sales training initiatives. 401k/401k Matching Bonus pay
