The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our vehicles. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to recommend suitable vehicles. Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting key features and benefits. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Maintain an organized inventory control system to track vehicle availability and sales performance. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer’s purchase experience. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless operations and customer follow-up. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new automotive technologies to provide informed recommendations. Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and effective communication. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. Proficient negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales transactions. Experience in outside sales is a plus, as well as familiarity with upselling techniques. A valid driver’s license is required for test drives and customer interactions.
