Role:

As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities in the commercial security space—including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarms, and integrated systems. You won’t just sell a product—you’ll deliver tailored security solutions that addresses customer pain points and protects what matters most to them.

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities in your territory (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.) Conduct in-depth needs assessments and site surveys Present and demo security solutions (video, access, alarms, integrations) Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to customize proposals Negotiate, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and industry trends You’re a
