Job Summary TheCommunity Marketing Agent performs face-to-face marketing as abrand ambassador at popular local attractions such as malls ortheme parks and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, andconferences to connect with the public on behalf of WyndhamDestinations. In this sales-based role, engages in face-to-faceconversations with prospective customers and share informationabout the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes gueststo attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations. EssentialJob Responsibilities Serve as a positive and professional brandambassador for Wyndham Destinations Greet, present, and incentivizeprospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour Screen andqualify potential customers based on company guidelines Makesales-tour reservations and collect required depositsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet, presentand incentivize prospective customers to attend a salespresentation in accordance with all company policies, compliancestandards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimumperformance goals (80% time) Attend all scheduled trainingsessions, department meetings, keep current on marketinginformation and materials, keep current on industry trends, and setand review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)Travel Requirements Within Dade, Broward, Palm Beach countiesMinimum Requirements and Qualifications Sales and/or marketingexperience is preferred, not required. Must maintain productionstandards. Full availability to work weekends and holidays requiredEducation High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Trainingrequirements Training provided Knowledge and skills Clear andconcise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work ina team environment within a shared space. Technical SkillsProficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smartdevices. Job experience 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketingexperience is preferred, not required. Experience equivalent to theeducation requirement may be accepted in lieu of the educationrequirement.
