Corporate Development Associate Position Available In Broward, Florida

The Corporate Development Senior Analyst or Associate will play a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of M&A and strategic activity. This includes responsibilities across sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions. The individual will partner cross-functionally to drive high-impact initiatives that align with the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the end-to-end deal process, including market mapping, target outreach, and qualification Building investment theses and preparing internal pitch materials and strategic rationale Developing detailed financial models and valuation analyses Leading workstreams through due diligence and coordinating cross-functional input Assisting with transaction structuring, documentation, and closing processes Supporting post-close integration planning, execution, and performance tracking This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of ownership and initiative.
