We specialize in kitchen and bath fixtures, flooring, lighting, tile, and other luxury finishes from around the world. Our goal is to provide an exceptional design and shopping experience that inspires customers to bring their vision to life. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert, personalized design consultations both in the showroom and virtually. Guide customers in selecting products for kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, flooring, and more. Develop long-term relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and contractors. Stay current on trends and product offerings to make tailored recommendations. Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and installation teams for smooth project execution. Contribute to the showroom’s visual presentation and merchandising updates.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in design, retail sales, or home improvement (high-end showroom experience preferred). Strong understanding of interior design principles and home renovation products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to listen, explain, and consult effectively. Proficient English is a must; Spanish is a plus. Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in CRM tools and design software is a plus. Availability to work full-time.
