We’re seeking a commercially-minded E-commerce & Marketplace Sales Executive who knows how to drive revenue across Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Faire, and Shopify , while also supporting wholesale sales and managing relationships with influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners . What You’ll Be Doing:

Marketplace & Channel Management Own and grow our storefronts on Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Shopify, and Faire . Optimize listings with compelling content, visuals, pricing, and keywords. Plan and execute promotional strategies, flash deals, and seasonal activations. Conduct content and compliance audits to ensure best-in-class listings. Use data tools to monitor sales, traffic, and conversion KPIs across platforms. TikTok & TikTok Shop Growth Champion our presence on TikTok Shop —from influencer collaborations to product launches and campaign management. Partner with creators and manage UGC-driven sales efforts. Develop strategies to increase visibility and conversion within TikTok’s native e-commerce ecosystem. Collaborate with our content team to test new formats, promotions, and TikTok trends. Faire & Wholesale Sales Take full ownership of our Faire storefront and wholesale strategy. Manage onboarding, order flow, and relationship-building with independent retailers and boutique buyers . Identify high-performing Faire buyers and build loyalty through promotions and merchandising insights. Support the sales cycle for non-Faire wholesale partners , including onboarding, price negotiations, and reorders. Partnerships & Influencer Collaboration Coordinate with influencers, affiliates, and distribution partners to support product placement, promotions, and sales pushes. Assist in managing samples, campaign briefs, and performance reviews with creator partners. Track sales attribution from influencer and affiliate sources across platforms. What You Bring . Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, eBay Seller Hub, Faire , and Shopify . A TikTok-native mindset with a sense of what content sells—and why. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in pitching and negotiation. Analytical and organized—you know how to turn data into action. Self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and love for beauty or lifestyle brands. Bonus Points Experience using Klaviyo , Meta Ads , Google Ads , or similar marketing platforms. Familiarity with Pipedrive , HubSpot , or other CRM systems. Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese to support LATAM expansion is a major plus. Why Join Us?
