Stucco Kings is a fast-growing leader in exterior stucco solutions, known for our craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our footprint and seeking a dynamic, results-driven Franchise Developer to lead our franchise sales efforts nationwide.

Position Overview:

As a Franchise Developer at Stucco Kings, you will be responsible for driving franchise growth across the United States. This role combines digital lead generation and sales with in-person representation at industry trade shows and business expos. The ideal candidate has a strong background in franchise development, digital marketing/sales, and B2B relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital sales strategies to generate qualified leads and close franchise deals. Represent Stucco Kings at trade shows, expos, and franchise events nationwide. Conduct franchise presentations and discovery calls with potential franchisees. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns targeting franchise prospects. Manage the franchise sales funnel from initial contact to signed agreement. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for franchise expansion. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective franchisees.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in franchise sales or development. Proven success in digital sales, lead conversion, and customer engagement. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience attending and presenting at trade shows or similar events. Ability to travel nationwide as needed. Familiarity with CRM tools and franchise sales platforms.
