As a Part-Time Guest Relations & Sales Specialist, you’ll be a key player in converting leads, driving sales, and delivering a five-star client experience. This is more than a front desk role — it’s a high-impact, client-facing position that supports marketing, sales, and treatment outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a confident, sales-driven professional who: Understands rebooking, retention, and sales strategies Thrives on upselling services and increasing revenue Works well in a fast-paced environment Is bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) Is proactive, organized, and business-minded Has knowledge of skin types, conditions (like acne, pigmentation, aging), and treatment options

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth Conduct consultations and post-consultations Manage schedules, calls, texts, and emails Convert inquiries into bookings and sales Sell memberships, treatment packages, and skincare products Track leads and CRM follow-up Support marketing efforts and client communications Ensure front desk operations run smoothly Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality

What You Bring:

2+ years in sales, hospitality, or customer service (MedSpa or aesthetics preferred) Strong selling skills with a performance-driven mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Passion for skincare and aesthetics Ability to work Sunday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (part-time shifts will be scheduled within these hours)

Compensation & Schedule:

Part-time $15 – $20 per hour (based on experience) Commission and bonus opportunities based on sales performance
