As a Health Insurance Sales & Concierge Representative , you’ll help clients find the right health coverage — and stick with them beyond enrollment to ensure they’re supported all year long. It’s a mix of sales, education, and white-glove service — all with a company that truly has your back.

What You’ll Be Doing Sales & Enrollment:

Connect with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs Walk clients through plan options and help them make informed, confident choices Guide people through the enrollment process from start to finish Manage follow-ups, respond to client questions, and stay organized using CRM tools Hit performance goals with the help of a supportive leadership team

Concierge Support:

Provide personalized support after enrollment — no one gets left behind Assist clients with using their coverage, finding doctors, and resolving issues Be a trusted advisor through plan renewals, life changes, and more Deliver standout service that keeps clients loyal and stress-free Maintain strong relationships with your book of business What You’ll Gain at
