We provide paid training , cover the cost of your insurance licensing , and offer full support to help you succeed from day one. Your Role In this in-office role, you’ll handle inbound calls from customers interested in insurance products .

Your job is to:

Answer incoming calls from potential clients Educate and guide customers through insurance options Build rapport and provide excellent service Help clients complete applications and enrollments Use CRM software to manage follow-ups and documentation Meet daily and weekly performance goals What You Bring 1+ year of sales experience (required) Strong communication and listening skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency and attention to detail Professional demeanor and reliable transportation Insurance license is a plus , but not required (we’ll help you get it!)
