Household Sales Rep Consolidated Water Group, LLC Miramar, FL 33025

Responsibilities:

Culligan (Consolidated Water Group) is seeking a motivated sales representative to sell water treatment solutions. The Household Sales Representative will work in Sales for a recognized brand and industry leader that offers best in class product and sales training that will put you on the road to success! Culligan is one of the world’s most recognized leaders in water quality solutions. Our products include water softeners, drinking water systems and solutions for problem water. To be a successful household sales rep, you should be ambitious, resourceful, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. In addition to generating your own leads, you will be given company leads and marketing support to help build your territory. Culligan offers competitive wages and a generous benefits package.

Specific Job Function:

Prospect for potential customers through various means, including but not limited to “cold calling” and “door-to-door” methodologies with the purpose of generating new business and the understanding that these activities comprise approximately 50% of this role. Proactively generate appointments with both existing and potential customers who are reasonably expected to have an interest in the Company’s product lines and ability to qualify for Culligan Payment Plans. Follow all guidelines to complete rental contracts correctly and thoroughly, then submit them via the proper channels as determined by the Sales Manager. Identify specific customer needs and evaluate all revenue generating opportunities. Create and present proposals in the format appropriate for each customer to educate and recommend solutions according to Culligan’s product and service line. Analyze customers’ water composition and deliver sales presentations. Attend trade shows, industry meetings, and other promotional or educational events as deemed beneficial or necessary by the Company. Meet or exceed minimum requirements as defined by the Company for sales volume expectations, sales-generating activities, units rented/sold, and any other defined minimum requirements. Complete any other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred. Strong problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Valid driver’s license and own transportation
