- We are an home improvement company/construction, we do bathroom remodeling , kitchen remodeling, home additions and renovations.
We run a show room in Dania. This is a high paid commission based sales job for professional experienced sales people, If you are a closer, money motivated, charismatic, energetic and have big goals in life. We will be give 1-2 solid leads a day, you will meet qualified customers that we screen to verify they are home owners, with budget, and looking for reputable construction company to trust.. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for bringing sales, building relationships with new and existing clients. Duties:

- Ready to drive to all customers in 3 counties, Miami-Dade, Broward and west palm.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize sales revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and grow key accounts through effective account management strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies related to technology sales
- Construction project managing in level of running jobs and over seen subs.

- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

This Job is commission base only, you drive your car and pay your gas. we will provide the necessary training, training is unpaid but its a very short period. You will get 1-2 solid leads a day You will need to work 1 day on weekend and meet customers at 5pm. There is a lot of driving involved, you need to have a reliable car.
