Responsibilities:
Engage with high-quality inbound leads and follow a proven sales process to meet daily and weekly goals, in order to make Medicare easier, faster, and friendlier for the people who need it most Participate in ongoing training sessions, team huddles, and 1:1 coaching to continuously improve your sales approach Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability around attendance and performance Maintain compliance with industry standards and licensing requirements once licensed
Requirements:
2+ years in a customer service, sales, high-volume call center, or hospitality environment (ie, restaurant experience) High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment Patience, resilience, and a passion for helping others Must be eligible to pass a background check and obtain a sales license (training and support provided) Upon completing the application, you will be prompted to complete our HAALO inventory.
