? Carries out responsibilities in accordance with theorganization?s policies, procedures, and state, federal and locallaws. ? Manages multiple projects, assignments, and initiatives withminimal supervision. ? Works in partnership with National Account Managers and otherdepartments within the organization to effectively support NAMinitiatives. ? Serves as primary point of contact for National Accountcustomers? day to day needs. ? Assists departments within the organization in researching andproblem solving customer discrepancies and serves as a liaison,between National Accounts and corresponding departments. ? Owns the process of managing customer store listings and customermembership, in order to ensure all accounts are set up accuratelyand updated as necessary. ? Supports the National Account Managers with New to Market Genericlaunches, including but not limited to, verify customer storelisting, ensuring all licenses are current and creates allpertinent files to manage the customer?s orders. ? Utilizes analytical skills to evaluate sales trends and toeffectively communicate trends to National Account Manager. ? Creates quarterly reviews for Account Manager?s to evaluate andpresent to their National Account customers. ? Performs related duties as assigned.
Knowledge of:
? Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), Food and DrugAdministration (FDA), and other regulatory requirements. ? Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ? Business English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation. ? Business and personal computer hardware and softwareapplications. ? Current Company policies and practices, including safety rulesand regulations.

? Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and inwriting. ? Establish and maintaining cooperative working relationships withothers. ? Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Incumbents in thisclass are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing,walking, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels. Work isperformed in an office environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent, andminimum of four (4) years? experience, preferably inpharmaceuticals industry; or an equivalent combination of educationand experience. An equivalent combination of education andexperience may be substituted.
