Job Description:
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build rapport
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and increasing market
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or inside sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently make outbound calls and engage with potential customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
