What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the go-to person for clients picking and using their health plans Turn confusing insurance terms into real talk people can understand Support clients over phone, text, and email — always with kindness and clarity Stay updated on the latest in health plans (we’ll train you) Team up with internal staff and providers to deliver the best service possible You’ll Be a
