Eis What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct outbound calls to schools and non-profits to identify fundraising opportunities Deliver consultative presentations to help organizations understand how we can support their goals Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the fundraising process with ongoing coaching and encouragement Guide and support clients through the fundraising process with positivity and encouragement Collaborate with leadership and teammates to drive business development and long-term partnerships Manage sales activity using Vanilla Soft or similar CRM software Bring energy, passion, and a great attitude—every single day
Requirements:
1+ years prior sales experience preferably phone sales and cold calling Bachelors degree required Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong phone presence and a confident, persuasive personality. Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM A team-first attitude, coachable mindset, and hunger for success A genuine desire to help others and make a difference.
