Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience will be considered for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat during weekend hours Call the leads provided by our team. No cold calling Close sales and meet or exceed weekend sales targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM Provide detailed information and personalized recommendations on party packages to help customers choose the best option for their event. Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use sales tools (CRM, phone systems, etc.)

Compensation:

Hourly + commission + performance bonuses
