Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for qualifying leads, educating clients on our green solutions, and converting prospects into satisfied customers. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver sustainable, disaster-resistant home improvement solutions across Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on warm leads through phone, email, and CRM tools.
Engage and educate potential customers on the benefits of our green solutions: Impact Windows and Doors, Roofing, Solar Roofing, and HVAC Systems.
Qualify leads and schedule in-home or virtual consultations with field sales representatives.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly lead conversion and appointment-setting goals.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, financing options, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and business owners about high-value improvements.
Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Interest or background in green energy, construction, or home improvement is a plus.
