Bilingual Inside Sales Closer (Estate Planning)

Compensation- What’s In It For You:

$50,000 Base + Upside Commissions (OTE $100,000+) Work with a team that’s aggressive about growth and work-life balance.

Flexibility:

Remote work available, but hybrid (in South Florida) is preferred.

Your Role:

Close the deal : Convert warm leads into open estate planning cases. Relentless follow-up : You’ll stalk your pipeline (in a good way) and never let a potential client slip through. Ask the hard stuff : “What’s stopping you?” isn’t just a line—it’s your weapon. Track like a pro : Use HubSpot to manage follow-ups, track KPIs, and move people through our funnel. Collaborate with legal teams : Ensure a smooth client experience once the deal is sealed.
