Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30

Pompano Beach, FL Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant field. Familiarity with small office environments and administrative tasks. Proven work experience as an administrative assistant. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and initiate tasks independently. Comfortable with phone calls, qualifying leads, and assisting in sales.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Communicate with customers via calls and emails, including following up on leads and addressing inquiries. Understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities. Provide detailed information about products and services, answering questions, and sending additional information via email. Keep abreast of product/service updates and maintain a database of current and potential customers. Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers. Stay informed about competing products and services to effectively position our offerings.
