Pack:

You’ll be the guiding star for our amazing Kennel Technician team, ensuring they’re on track, supported, and delivering top-notch care to every wagging tail and purring friend. You’ll lead the team, delegate tasks, and ensure everyone is set up for success!

Customer Service Superstar:

You’re the first friendly face (and voice!) our clients encounter. You’ll oversee seamless check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, create reservations, and ensure every pet parent feels valued and informed.

Operational Guru:

Keeping our front desk and lobby organized, efficient, and sparkling clean will be your jam. You’ll manage inventory of retail items, handle payments, and make sure all our systems are running perfectly.

Communication Specialist:

You’ll be the vital link between our pet parents, our management team, and our technicians, ensuring clear and consistent communication flows in every direction.

Problem-Solving Pro:

From a misplaced leash to a last-minute booking change, you’ll tackle challenges with grace, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset. Setting the
