The Recovery Agents, LLC is a fast-growing company that focuses on asset recovery opportunities in the distressed real-estate domain. We are looking for adaptable team-players who are ready to learn. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong verbal and written communication skills, and you must be comfortable working in a call-center environment. If you have an outgoing attitude and are skilled in establishing rapport quickly over the phone this is the perfect position for you.

Our environment here at The Recovery Agents is collaborative, fast-paced and fun. No certificate or license is needed; professional training will be provided. We also offer a competitive benefits package. Duties Make a high volume of outbound calls and text messages to homeowners, using a pre-provided list of phone numbers and a pre-provided script. Answer inbound phone calls and direct the call towards the appropriate team-mate internally. Make updates in the internal software tool with details on the outbound calls made. Preferred Qualifications An ability to perform a high volume of outbound phone calls An outgoing attitude and pleasant phone demeanor are required. Proven ability to achieve daily goals, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn proprietary software Fluency in Spanish is a plus
