Responsibilities:

Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home Answer the phone with live connections Nurture leads daily Available to show homes on short notice Available to work evenings and weekends 40+ hours a week Attend all meetings and ongoing training Comfortable making videos We offer a complete in-house team ready to support you with marketing pieces, showings assistance, transactions, or any extra help you need. Qualifications:
