This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling – leads are supplied through partnerships with multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors. Paid training. Average compensation is $85K to $200K per year. Laptop, phone, gas card and vehicle (vehicle will be provided after 90 days) . Territory is Broward County and Dade County, FL. Job Responsibilities Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail’s structured selling process and complete required training Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals Minimum Requirements Prior Fence Sales is Preferred but not required Prior outside sales experience is Required College degree in a related field preferred Bi-lingual Candidate is Preferred (Spanish) Ability to work some weekends Pass drug screening and background investigation (no felony convictions) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong presentation and listening skills Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust/respect from subordinates and supervisors Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic Computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite) Valid Florida DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation The Superior candidate will be: Polished and professional in demeanor Possess previous outside sales experience, strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, integrity, and a desire for high commission.
