FOR PART TIME IN-OFFICE LEAD GENERATORS & CLOSERS

• 15 to 20 HOURS MON-FRI,
• This is NOT a work-from-home position
• Foreclosure / real estate
• Will train
• This is not a “Cold-Calling” type position, will work from established leads.

Shifts available:

1. Morning shift (10:00am

• 2:00pm)
• Monday through Friday 2. Mid day (1:00pm
• 5pm)
• Monday through Friday 3. Flexible shift (based on qualifications)

We are a busy small business, and for over 20 years located in Oakland Park, and accredited with the BBB. We are looking for Outbound Tele-sales professionals to fill our expanding sales team. Person must like being on the phone. and will be working from leads provided, using no high pressure pitch to sell our services. Not a Cold-calling type position. We offer extensive training, and looking for

LONG TERM

candidates. Great pay potential. Must be well spoken, bi-lingual helpful ( Spanish), dependable, and motivated….

• Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute
• Ability to make 25-30 calls per hour
• Well-spoken with a friendly outgoing personality
• Experience using sales “Scripts” helpfull
• 20 hours per week
• Willing to follow-up with customers after hours
• Motivated.
• Bi-lingual ( Spanish) helpful but not required
• Well organized
• Must like being on the phone.
• Pay is $15 hour base salary 10-99 (weekly) ++ plus great commission.( the money potential is in the commission)
• We are looking for dependable and energetic candidates. Must be hard working with good phone skills, well organized, with basic computer skills & can type 30 wpm
• Person must be able to work independently without much direct supervision.
• Can be counted on to show up each day.
• Has dependable transportation
• Will train,
• Retired ok.
