External recruiting Mid-level Recruiting 2 years Full Job Description Candidate is responsible for scouting and recruiting additional real estate agents for Real Estate Company and maintaining new and existing relationships. Duties includes contacting prospective Realtors via phone, email, social media and in-person (one-on-one, or at events). Candidate must engage with both new and experienced agents to demonstrate how we can take their business to the next level. Provide information about the company and explain advantages as well as programs offered by company and affiliate partners. The position requires you to be good in sales, communication, organization, social media and follow-up. Salary plus bonus Primary job responsibilities includes Outbound and inbound agent recruiting efforts, both cold and warm. Contact potential real estate agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team; articulate value proposition, and compensation plans when appropriate. Use multiple sourcing tools to target agents to contact as well as build and manage candidate pipeline. Tools include email, phone, social media, personal visits, mixers, meetings etc. Conduct initial agent recruiting appointments and interviews and maintain records as needed. Pre-interview over phone and/or in person to qualify candidates. Gather competitive intelligence on competing companies to better understand how to sell the First World Realty Group’s value proposition. Strategically partner with Broker, Lending Branch Manager and/or affiliated partners to recruit, schedule appointments, interview and provide candidate information. Offer input into hiring candidates. Work as a team to achieve recruiting goals. Be involved in Realtor on-boarding process and manage/help maintain relationship subsequently.
