The products include, Impact Windows & Doors, Roofing, Water Purification, HVAC, Kitchens, Bathrooms, ect. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. This role involves engaging with clients, providing product demonstrations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while driving sales growth. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored lighting solutions. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Maintain an organized sales area, ensuring displays are stocked and visually appealing. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. Process transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper handling of payments. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Experience Previous experience in in-home sales for home improvement is required. Familiarity with product knowledge is a plus, enhancing the ability to assist customers effectively. Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and manage sales processes efficiently.
