The Sales Associatepromotes our consultancy services, sells event tickets, and drivesrevenue. He/She conducts thorough needs analyses with a focus onaligning and directing entrepreneurs and business owners onbusiness planning, competitive strategy development, and mid-levelmanagement and leadership development through a consultativeapproach. The Sales Associate leverages a highly developed “5-by-5matrix” to support every stage of a business lifecycle from startupto early stage to mid stage to mature to acquisition andmerger.
He/She deploys advanced selling principles and providestimely sales advice to ensure alignment with agreed strategies andpractices. Success in this role is demonstrated by providingstrategic support and valuable input, helping generate leads, andmeeting sales objectives.
NOTE:
This is an onsite position. Ouroffice is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Job ResponsibilitiesClientRelationship Management:
Empowers businesses in their growth journey through acomprehensive range of services, which includes personalizedone-on-one sessions with Patrick Bet-David and other seasonedindustry experts affiliated with our consultancy, small-groupstrategy sessions, online courses, exclusive events, inspiringkeynote speeches, and more. Builds and maintains strong relationships with existingclients. Understands clients’ needs and offers solutions from our rangeof services. Guides businesses in the implementation and improvement. Ensures client satisfaction and retention.
New BusinessDevelopment:
Identifies and prospects new clients through variouschannels. Conducts outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-personmeetings. Presents the value of Bet-David Consulting’s services topotential clients.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieves and exceeds sales targets. Collaborates with the sales team to optimize revenue and clientacquisition strategies. Maintains accurate records of sales activities and clientinteractions.
Product Knowledge:
Stays up to date with Bet-David Consulting’s services andofferings. Able to effectively communicate the value of our services topotential clients.
Market Research:
Keeps abreast of industry trends and market conditions. Provides feedback and insights to the team to refine servicesand strategies. Actively and regularly participates in team meetings. Identifies key areas of improvement in existing salesstrategies. Creates sales plans and recommends cost-effective salespractices. Generates useful insight about customer needs. Facilitates interactive discussions and mentors the team. Serves as primary sales resource and helps address issues. Provides direction for executing policies and strategies. Employs ethical standards. Maintains knowledge of business operations and productofferings.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or relatedfield required; MBA preferred. Deep understanding of various sales practices includingcross-selling, prospecting, direct sales. 3+ years of sales and account management experience; outboundsales is required. 2+ years of event ticket sales preferred. Must have exceptional communication and listening skills withthe ability to direct, strategize, unify, and empower businessleaders. Prior entrepreneur experience preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Former athletes are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
Salary +Competitive Commission Structure, Performance-Based Bonus,Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will bedetermined based on experience and skills and may vary from therange listed above.
