Commission (High earning potential) Struxure South Florida is looking for a driven, charismatic, and design-minded Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We specialize in creating luxury outdoor living spaces using the industry-leading StruXure Pergola X system. As demand for outdoor enhancements continues to rise, we need an enthusiastic closer who can guide prospects through a high-touch, consultative buying experience from first interaction to signed contract. This isn’t your average sales role. Our product is high-ticket, customizable, and lifestyle-enhancing—so we’re looking for someone who can connect emotionally , educate confidently , and close elegantly .

What You’ll Do:

Manage inbound leads and follow up with inquiries from homeowners, designers, builders, and developers Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to understand client needs, present solutions, and build trust Create estimates and proposals , guiding clients through design, materials, and pricing options Collaborate with our design, operations, and install teams to ensure a seamless client experience Track and nurture prospects through our CRM, maintaining detailed notes and follow-up activity Represent the brand at site visits, trade shows, or local events when needed Help develop creative strategies to increase conversions and boost revenue You’re a

Fit If You:

Have 3+ years of experience in consultative sales , preferably in home improvement, construction, luxury goods, or design Are comfortable selling high-ticket items and can present value with confidence Are a natural storyteller and educator , able to help clients envision the transformation Have a high EQ and know how to build rapport quickly Are comfortable visiting job sites and working directly with homeowners, builders, and contractors Are organized, tech-savvy , and able to manage your pipeline with attention to detail Are self-motivated and thrive in a performance-driven environment
