Holman Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our small but passionate team representing the INEOS brand in Fort Lauderdale. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling INEOS to prospective customers, helping them understand the features and capabilities of this vehicle. The INEOS Grenadier is the modern replacement for the iconic Land Rover Defender. Your expertise in luxury automotive sales will help guide customers through every step of their journey from discovery to purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service to clients interested in purchasing an INEOS. Build lasting relationships with customers through consultative selling techniques and personalized service. Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations. Negotiate deals, process transactions, and follow up with customers. Work with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sale and requirements for financing or vehicle lease. Complete all paperwork and arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle. Work closely with a small, collaborative team to exceed sales goals and contribute to the dealership’s success. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Luxury car sales experience is required . Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse customer base. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a drive to exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team. Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3,000-$10,000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
