Job Summary:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting Account Managers. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn while managing multiple tasks such as timelines, budgets, product availability, and vendor capabilities. You will gain hands-on experience working with clients and vendors, building the knowledge and skills needed to grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Project Support Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks such as job processing, sample requests, graphics coordination, and work orders Create accurate client proposals and pricing quotes Enter and manage projects in our CRM system with attention to detail Maintain organized records for all active client jobs Client Coordination and Account Management Support the management of B&C Level client accounts and their corresponding projects Communicate proactively with clients and ensure they stay informed throughout the project lifecycle Assist in evaluating client needs and recommending product solutions from a vast array of vendors and merchandise options Maintain a high level of service, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Skills and Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles Familiarity with CRM or order management systems (such as Facilis or Commonsku) is a plus Experience in the promotional products or marketing industry is a plus Passion for product knowledge and an eagerness to learn Self-starter who brings both analytical thinking and creativity to solving complex challenges Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills
