Sales & Design Consultant Closet Design by Rebecca Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 • Hybrid work Closets by Rebecca, based in South Florida, has been designing, building, and installing custom closets and cabinetry for over 40 years. We’re a small, experienced team, and we’re growing fast. We are currently seeking a Closet Design Consultant who can do it all — meet with clients, design using CAD software, and close the sale. If you’re highly skilled in both CAD design and consultative selling, this is a rewarding opportunity to step into a vital role and make an immediate impact. This Role Is NOT for Beginners You must already know how to use any CAD design software and have experience selling directly to clients. You’ll be stepping into a position where you’re expected to hit the ground running. What You’ll Be Doing Meet with clients in their homes Measure spaces and assess client needs Create custom closet designs using CAD software Present and sell your designs through a consultative approach Work alongside our operations and installation teams to bring your projects to life Maintain strong client communication and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and referrals Manage your own schedule (some evenings/weekends may be required) Proactively pursue referrals and new leads to grow your pipeline Required Experience Proficiency in any CAD software for cabinetry/closet design (Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) Strong background in consultative sales (ideally in interior design, home remodeling, or similar fields) Ability to read spaces, visualize solutions, and explain design logic to clients Highly organized, self-managed, and comfortable working independently Strong communication and follow-up skills Professionalism and integrity are non-negotiable Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation and Structure This is a 100% commission-based role Expected earnings: $75K-$100K+ per year for high performers Mileage reimbursement Company phone provided Hybrid schedule: in-person client visits + remote design time Flexible hours, but this is a full-time commitment Long-term opportunity to grow Why Join Us?
