Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Stone Mall, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing efforts. You will be at the forefront of customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service and support across multiple channels. This position reports to the Sales Manager and is based at our Company’s Reception.

Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through digital channels with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
Direct customers to appropriate sales representatives based on their needs and inquiries.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages on social media, email, and other platforms.
Actively engage with our community on social media, promoting our Company and services while fostering positive interactions.

Marketing Support:

Create engaging content, including videos, to showcase our projects and events on social media platforms.
Collaborate closely with our outsourced marketing partner to align strategies and support campaign execution.
Promote our company’s brand and messaging effectively across all online channels. Ensuring alignment with sales strategies.

Sales Team Support:

Identify and qualify leads generated from various channels, ensuring they meet defined criteria.
Transfer qualified leads to sales representatives and support follow-up activities.
Provide Administrative Support to the sales team and assist in preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and maintaining CRM records.

Job Requirements:

Technical Skills Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and using CRM systems.
Strong ability content creation and written content for digital platforms.

Customer Relationship Management:

Using CRM systems to record and manage interactions with customers. Behavioral Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
Proactive attitude with a knack for problem-solving and taking initiative.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy and a genuine desire to understand and address customer needs.
Attention to detail and accuracy in qualifying leads and sourcing information to sellers. Interpersonal Relationship Skills Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and outsourced marketing company.
Adaptability to deal with different types of clients and situations.
Ability to understand and respond to customer needs in a friendly and professional manner. If you speak Spanish or Portuguese that is a bonus.
