FL. THE OPPORTUNITY

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for selling marketing services and products. Contacting new and existing customers and promoting the sale of the company’s products and services, and managing the company’s customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels. Contacting new and existing customers and promoting the sale of the company’s Digital Marketing products and services, and managing the company’s customers. Generate leads through cold emails, social media, cold calls, and meetings with potential clients to present and sell the company’s digital marketing services and courses. Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, Instantly, Apollo, Hunter, Zapier, Pipedrive CRM and Calendly to manage and nurture leads. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to effectively present our digital marketing services. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems like Pipedrive. Achieve a minimum of 10 new client acquisitions per month. Arrange payment terms in accordance with established guidelines Prepare and calculate premiums, invoices, commissions and other accounting related functions Create and maintain computer files and suspense for follow-up action Provide advisory support and assistance to the department supervisor as needed Drive and Attend sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the marketplace Perform other work-related duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-3 years of proven sales experience as a Sales Representative and SDR, preferably in digital marketing or related fields. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive) and sales automation tools. Experience with utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, Instantly, Apollo, Hunter, Zapier, Pipedrive CRM and Calendly to manage and nurture leads. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings (approximately 50% of the time). Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, policies, documents, and regulations. Ability to write reports and compose business correspondence. and the ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, pro-rata, percentages, and volume; ability to apply concepts of basic accounting.

BENEFITS AND WAGES

• Flexible daily working hours. Uncapped earning potential with Base payment+ commissions ranging from $10,000 to $20,000 per month+ high bonuses potential based on closing percentages. Flexible work schedule. Opportunity to work with a supportive and innovative team.
