About the Role We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale our sales operations from theground up. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage brand and help shape our sales strategy across eCommerce, local retailers, and national retail chains. This role comes with growth potential—the right candidate will have the opportunity to advance into a Sales Director position as the company expands. What You’ll Do

• Build and lead our sales strategy across multiple channels (online, local retail, national retail)
• Start with online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com) and expand into local and national retail stores/pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid)
• Independently drive early sales while developing and hiring a small, agile sales team
• Create and manage KPI structures to track and optimize performance
• Set and execute channel-specific strategies for eCommerce and traditional retail
• Launch and support influencer promotions and social media campaigns
• Own account management and drive negotiations with retailers and category managers
• Assist in business development, project-specific goals, and strategic planning What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years in sales leadership or senior sales roles (baby care or FMCG experience preferred)
• Proven success in eCommerce and/or traditional retail sales
• Strong team-building, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
• Comfortable with startup environments and building from scratch
• Familiar with KPIs, CRM/sales tools (SOS Inventory & QuickBooks Online), and sales metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with a growth mindset
• English required; Spanish is a plus
• Must have your own laptop and home office setup Compensation & Perks
• Competitive base salary ($70,000/yr-$120,000/yr)
