The organization works with collectors, fiduciaries, attorneys, and families nationwide to bring exceptional consignments and estate property to market through expertly curated auctions. About the Role This client-facing, relationship-focused role centers on sourcing consignments and estate property for auction. You’ll work directly with clients to evaluate opportunities, explain services, and act as a trusted guide throughout the intake process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is naturally curious, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure quality consignments and estate property through outreach, referrals, and client visits Maintain an active pipeline of leads and conduct consistent follow-up Educate clients about the auction process and consignment terms Manage lead activity and communication using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) Collaborate with intake, cataloging, and marketing teams to support seamless onboarding Represent the company at estate visits, community events, and industry functions Ideal Candidate Traits Consistent
