In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails, assist walk-in clients, prepare quotes, and build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for customer satisfaction and sales. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues. Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, generate leads, and maintain relationships. Respond to client emails in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring clear and accurate communication. Assist walk-in clients with their inquiries, providing personalized service and support. Prepare and send quotes based on client needs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
