The Opportunity As our Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients you bring on board, and helping shape the future of our sales process. You’ll play a critical role in driving company revenue while making a direct impact on our clients’ success. What You’ll Do Prospect and cold call small to medium-sized businesses in the local and national markets Confidently present and sell our marketing services in person and over the phone Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients you bring on Meet and exceed sales quotas with a focus on value and service Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM Collaborate with the team to continuously improve messaging and strategy Represent Referral Rascal professionally and passionately in all interactions Who You Are Must have prior experience selling marketing services (SEO, lead generation, ad campaigns, etc.) A persuasive communicator with excellent in-person and phone skills Organized, motivated, and goal-oriented with a track record of success Able to work independently while also being a team player Comfortable handling objections, closing deals, and following up Hungry to grow with a fast-moving company and ready to take on more responsibility as we expand What You’ll Get Full commission-based pay with high earning potential based on performance Uncapped income opportunity—earn more as you close more Clear path to leadership and ability to build your own sales team over time Full training and support, plus proven sales tools and scripts In-person role based out of our Deerfield Beach, FL office Ownership of client accounts and long-term relationship management
