Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers accurately. Handle cash transactions efficiently and responsibly while ensuring accurate cash handling procedures. Supervise stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability. Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or through other channels. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred, particularly in a grocery store environment. Strong understanding of retail math and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate financial records.
