Job Description

Are you a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative ready to make an immediate impact? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our client’s team in a temp-to-hire capacity, offering a fantastic opportunity to grow your sales career!

What You’ll Do:

Handle calls, providing exceptional customer service while identifying exciting sales opportunities.

Conduct proactive calls to prospective and existing customers, leveraging leads generated by our client’s CRM system.

Expertly qualify leads, understanding customer needs and matching them with the perfect products or services.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.

Manage customer information, follow up on leads, and maintain detailed records within the CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

A confident communicator with a knack for building rapport and driving results.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.

A goal-oriented individual with a desire to succeed.

Position Details:
Pay Rate:

$22.50 per hour

Commission:

Earn 5% commission on sales, banked until you’re permanently placed with our client!

Schedule:

Flexible 40-hour work week, with shifts available between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Flexibility Required:

Must be available to work approximately 6 Saturdays per year.
