As we prepare to launch a brand-new outdoor HIIT training series at Holiday Park in Fort Lauderdale, we’re looking for a Sales Representative to help us grow a strong and loyal member base.
Our Goal:
We are currently building a program that will host 20-30 consistent participants for HIIT training, held three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) with three classes offered per day, tentatively scheduled. These small-group classes will offer high-quality instruction, accountability, and a sense of community for every participant.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving enrollment and community engagement for our Holiday Park HIIT series. This includes promoting the program, converting leads into memberships, and serving as an energetic ambassador of the Fit Vibes mission. Your role is central to helping us meet our enrollment target and build momentum during this exciting expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, enroll, and manage leads to help reach our target of 20-30 active class participants. Communicate program benefits, pricing, and class structure to prospective clients in-person, online, and via phone. Coordinate with potential participants to match them with class times that suit their schedule. Track progress toward enrollment goals and manage leads using recording tools. Represent Fit Vibes at outreach events and within the Wilton Manors and Fort Lauderdale communities. Work closely with instructors and leadership to ensure seamless onboarding and an excellent client experience.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, fitness, or community outreach strongly preferred. Passion for inclusive health, fitness, and social equity. Comfortable communicating with a diverse population and building meaningful rapport. Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Familiarity with Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, and the surrounding LGBTQ+ community is a strong plus.
