You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, following up with clients and closing deals for weddings, corporate events and private parties. Responsibilities Respond to inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and social media. Build relationships with event planners, venues and repeat customers. Provide accurate quotes and rental proposals Meet monthly sales targets and track progress in CRM or spreadsheet Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interaction. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall customer experience. Skills 1-2 years of sales, event planning or customer service experience.
