In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, building lasting relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales techniques, including upselling and territory management, and experience in a retail or automotive sales environment. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to analyze market trends and engage in proactive outreach. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term business. Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential buyers, including cold calls and lead generation. Utilize upselling techniques to offer additional services, warranties, and financing options. Stay up to date on current promotions, inventory, and industry trends to provide accurate information. Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and dealership events. Provide test drives and product demonstrations to ensure customers make informed decisions. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong ability to upsell and effectively manage a sales pipeline. Knowledge of financing options and ability to guide customers through the buying process. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable making cold calls and following up with leads. Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
