As a Sr. Sales Development Representative at MTN, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will identify, qualify, and connect with potential customers. You will leverage cutting-edge tools and creative outreach strategies to ensure high-quality engagement, setting the foundation for our account executives to deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Pre-qualify inbound leads to identify fit within our target accounts and personas in within the target segments. Confirm the lead’s alignment with target personas. Engage with leads via email and phone to understand: use case, timing, budget Schedule first sales meetings between the prospect and account executive (AE). Research and prospect target accounts to build a robust pipeline. Craft and execute personalized email sequences. Qualify interested prospects by identifying product-fit with customer use case. Support marketing campaigns by generating awareness and participation, including: scheduling meetings for conferences or field events, driving attendance for webinars and meetups. Qualifications 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a technology-based company. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to evolve and adapt your approach by tracking results with data-driven insights. Enthusiasm for identifying and connecting with prospects. Comfort with CRM and scheduling tools: HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. A team-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
