Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator/Sales Consultant to join our practice. Our ideal addition to the team will have proven success in consultative sales, be a team player and be driven to meet and exceed sales targets. They will have strong rapport building skills and will earn trust and nurture relationships with our patients.

Responsibilities:
Meeting with potential patients at the practice to discuss their treatment options Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consultation and treatment Using our CRM to maintain records of completed transactions and patients Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in treatment to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment Participate, as needed, in the local outbound marketing efforts for the practice to increase patient lead generation Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify potential referrals Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent sales and negotiation skills Dental Implant sales experience, preferred 3-5+ years consultative B2C selling experience
Bilingual:
English/Spanish, required Successful experience in a related sales role preferred Strong communication and rapport building skills Self-motivation, drive and initiative An outgoing and confident approach Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients Experience using CRMs and contact tracking system, preferred We are an equal opportunity employer (EOE)
