This is a hands-on, people-focused opportunity where you’ll speak with homeowners one-on-one, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions using Verizon’s cutting-edge connectivity products. As a Verizon Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of a nationally recognized brand, building trust and lasting relationships in the community. Success in this role comes from strong interpersonal skills, the ability to listen and problem-solve in real-time, and the confidence to communicate the value of Verizon’s offerings clearly and respectfully. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Representative? Directly engage with customers face-to-face, building rapport and identifying their wireless needs, presenting Verizon’s products and services that best meet their needs. Collaborate with the Sales Department in the creation and implementation of customer acquisition strategies and customer service campaigns. Build awareness of Verizon’s price advantages, bundles, and promotions to drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty. Participate in company training with senior and upper management, sharing best practices, and learning compliance guidelines set in place so every interaction meets Verizon’s highest standards of customer service. Keep accurate records of transactions, walk customers through the sales process, and provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Verizon Sales Representative will be a personable, enthusiastic, and proactive individual, ready to take on challenges and grow their professional career. The Verizon Sales Representative will also have: A high school diploma or equivalent certificate of studies. A personable demeanor, and ability to build relationships with people of different backgrounds and personalities. Strong communication and listening skills, able to effectively convey information regarding Verizon’s products and services. Previous experience in a customer service, sales, account management, or retail sales role. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work a flexible schedule and weekends as needed.
