Construction Sales Aluminum Structure, LLC 7090 West Gulf To Lake Highway, Crystal River, FL 34429 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and estimating in construction. You will work directly with clients to bid jobs for exterior construction on their homes. Our focus is in pool cages, lanais, Garage door sliders & roll downs, sunrooms, seamless gutters, hurricane protection, exterior doors & windows, & much more. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Meet with potential clients to write estimates for their desired projects Drive sales and meet monthly quotas Requirements Proven experience in sales (Does not have to be directly in aluminum) Experience with inside sales techniques and retail sales is a plus. Ability to effectively conduct cold calling to generate leads. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
